These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Bayline Social Media Agency's Services

By signing a contract with us, we assume you accept these terms and conditions:.

Client Information & Confidentiality:

To effectively perform the agreed services, the client may be required to provide access to necessary information, including but not limited to email addresses and social media account credentials.

Bayline Social Media Agency agrees to:

  • Maintain strict confidentiality of all client information

  • Use such information solely for the purpose of delivering agreed services

  • Not disclose, share, or distribute any client data to third parties under any circumstances

Payment Structure:

A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total project fee is required prior to the commencement of any work. The remaining 50% balance is due upon completion of the content review phase and must be settled before any content is published, delivered, or scheduled.

Revisions Policy:

Each content includes up to three (3) revisions to ensure client's satisfaction.

Any additional revisions beyond the allocated limit will be subject to an additional fee of $20 per revision. All revision requests must be communicated clearly within the agreed timeline.

Transaction Fees:

All applicable transaction, banking, or payment processing fees are the sole responsibility of the client and must be covered in full at the time of payment.

No Refund Policy:

Due to the time, strategy, and resources invested in each project, all payments made to Bayline Social Media Agency are strictly non-refundable once the agreement has been executed and work has commenced.
